His impact spans multiple states, including Delhi, Dehradun, AP, and Telangana, among others, where he has been an empanelled trainer recognised for his ability to inspire and nurture future civil service leaders.
Dr. Lakshmaiah’s unwavering commitment to nurturing future leaders is a source of inspiration. His dedication has led to over 350 selections as IAS and over 500 other selections, including IPS, IRS, IA&AS, and other vital government positions, inspiring many to follow in his footsteps.
